Andrey went above & beyond. He came inside, took his shoes off without asking, inspected what we needed done, and went back to his work van to get everything he needed. He not only completed the task we hired him for but he filled holes and offered to paint over it. He cleaned up beyond what was expected and was so friendly throughout the entire job.
